Fully empty box every two weeks or when litter becomes saturated. Do not flush or put in drains. Wash the box with warm water and a mild, unscented soap in between changes and let it dry completely before refilling.

1. Fill litter box with 3 to 4 inches of litter

2. Scoop clumps and waste daily. Stir the litter around after scooping to ensure maximum freshness and odor control.

3. Add more litter to maintain depth of 3 to 4 inches.

NOTE TO PREGNANT WOMEN AND IMMUNE SUPPRESSED INDIVIDUALS: CAT FECES CAN SOMETIMES TRANSMIT A DISEASE CALLED "TOXOPLASMOSIS". ALWAYS WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER HANDLING USED LITTER.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cats ran from the smell Oh, no, no, no! My regular brand of corn litter was discontinued, so I went off to PetSmart and bought this. As I was pouring just a bit in the cats' boxes they came near to check it out and RAN away. Then I could smell the problem. There is nothing on the packaging that indicates this has a strong pine-ish smell. But it does. I had to zip back to the store and get World's Best and then come back and totally clean out the boxes to get rid of the smell so my cats could use the box. AWFUL smell for anyone with smell sensitivities, let alone poor kitties!

I bought this not realizing that it was scented; can you tell me EVERY ingredient that is in this. It also seems dusty; can I get info that shows how it has been determined to be 99.9% dust free?

Asked by: LizzieBean
Thanks for asking, LizzieBean! The ingredients are: Natural Corn Cob, Guar Gum, Mineral Oil, Enzymatic Blend. To determine the amount of dust in the litter, we put it through a set of sieves that separate litter particles based on their size. The amount that passes through all the sieves is considered to be dust. The amount of dust is then compared to the initial amount of litter to determine how much dust is in the litter. For more help, please call us at 1-800-645-5154.
