Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad smell this almost smells more like urine to me, dislike the smell, unlike the fresh smell of regular natures miracle

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I took in a pregnant dog and she ended up with ELEVEN puppies!!! Between the 12 of them... let's just say the room was not so fresh. I bleached the laminate floor repeatedly and still the room was uninhabitable. I stumbled across the Hard Floor Cleaner at my local Tractor Supply store and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did!!! I did one thorough spraying yesterday (soaked the baseboards and misted the remainder of the floor) using about 3/4 of the bottle. Went in this morning and the odor is almost completely gone! I did a second spray this morning and anticipate I won't need to do another. The smell of the spray itself is also refreshing, no harsh chemical smell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Miracle Here There is absolutely nothing "miraculous" about this product. I bought this spray because our puppy is still training and tends to still urinate on the floor from time to time. This product CLAIMS it will eliminate tough odors from hardwood floors, but it barely even masks them. Our floor still smells like urine and we're looking at having to replace the wood laminate because this spray did nothing to clean or deodorize. Huge waste of money, would NOT recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STINK, STANK STUNK My girlfriend and I purchased a home - It was everything we could ask for ~~and more ~~ The cellar and stair case had been home to what seems to be many of God's creatures. We ran powerful fans, sprayed numerous products and scrubbed like crazy. The stench would creep back like a ghost. A friend suggested using Nature's Miracle. Even the unusually high humidity of Summer would not release the odors that once permeated the area. The smells have been eradicated !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Urine Smell Gone! We currently have 11 dogs, some of them are ours and some of them are fosters. Most of the time they are housebroken, but you have occasional accidents on Bruce wood floors which seep into the cracks/joints of the hardwood flooring and into the ceramic tile. We have tried everything, all of the products we have tried just temporarily masked the odors. We would wake up in the morning and you could smell urine or on hot days when the sun baked on the floors. We contacted Armstrong/ Bruce floors, we told them our problem and asked for technical assistance. They only recommend Nature's Miracle Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor remover on Bruce hardwood floors. We washed the floor as usual then we liberally sprayed the floor and let the product seep into the cracks for a few minutes and then wiped the product up with the hardwood floor mop. We did the same to the ceramic tile itself and the grout lines. It's been a few days already and no smell whatsoever. It seems we have struck gold with this product! We are back to a fresh clean smelling house despite the small army of dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works For Cat Urine! I have used professional kennel and barn disinfectants, and still had the odors. Male cat with kidney issue, and very strong smell. He urinates, then other cat does then the dog tries to cover them both. I sprayed area, let it sit 3-5 minutes and wiped it up with dry paper towel. Waited an hour or so and repeated treatment until odor was gone. Went to the basement and started on it. I just wish I could get it in gallon size! Smells good, not overpowering, worked better than Odo-Ban for Pets and is not as much as pro disinfectants.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have very recently stained floors and this product has made absolutely no difference at all to the area. I have applied it multiple times to no avail. I have used other Natures Miracle products previously and have been very happy with them so when looking for a product to remove stains from floorboards I chose this brand over the others so am very disappointed that it doesn't work.

Used this product after customer service recommended it for my wood floor and said it had no odor. I have been having breathing problems ever since it was sprayed. Is your original formula that seems much more natural not ok on wood floors?

Asked by: BANN
Hello BANN. Thank you for sharing your experience. I sincerely apologize that the reps recommendation did not work out. The Stain & Odor will work on wood floors. It is recommended to test a small area first for any inconsistencies before applying to a large area. For more personalized advice, please feel welcome to call us at: 1-800-645-5154.

I have a deep set cat urine stain on the hard wood floors in my new house. It looks like the previous owners cat used this corner as their litter box. This product only made it smell/look worse. I've been using the product twice a day for three days now.

Asked by: NoMoreCatPee
Thank you for your inquiry. We were sorry to hear of the problem that you are experiencing. When our product is wet, the enzymes are working and the smell of urine will intensify and become worse before it gets better. From the description you have provided, this appears to be an older, very set in stain and we would imagine that the finish on the floor has been compromised. Due to this, we would suggest using our Nature’s Miracle Just For Cats Advanced Stain and Odor Remover. This is our strongest formula and intended for older, more set in stains and odors. Apply the product very generously to the affected area. It should be puddled/pooled up on the surface. Immediately after application, scrub the stained area with a small brush or rough texture sponge and then just leave the product on contact to totally air dry. It may take a couple of day to dry completely. Once dry, then assess the situation and if any stains/odors remain repeat the process. We hope this is helpful.

Asked by: kathy1956
Hi Kathy! The Hard Floor Cleaner would be the best formula to remove remaining odors and still be safe for your pergo flooring. A 1.5 gallon container with sprayer was just released this year that should make application a breeze. Thank you for asking.

Should I use this product for an outdoor deck that reeks of urine/poop? Or should I use the Nature's Miracle Urine Remover?

Asked by: tjatwood
Thank you for your inquiry. If this is a severe odor we would recommend using the Urine Destroyer formula. However our products were not formulated for outdoor use. It may require multiple applications to remove the odor. We hope this answers your question.
